Payment Policies

There is no opportunity to change the policy after the application fee is paid through the 1st payment.
Payment options are non changeable after the contract is signed with us and the application fee is paid through the 1st payment.
USCIS filing fees are based on current pricing available on the day of signing the contract with us.
The client will pay any increased amount to the USCIS filing fees. All payment options are subject to either re-file or refund policy.
